Return & Refund Policy – Centra Supply

At Centra Supply, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility Requirements To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging
  • All original accessories, manuals, and components must be included
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
  • The return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. Do not ship items back without prior authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or we shipped the wrong item: Centra Supply will cover all return shipping costs.
  • For all other standard returns (change of mind, ordered wrong item): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to standard returns on large commercial equipment. If a restocking fee applies to your specific order, we will notify you clearly before processing the return.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3–5 business days. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or installed
  • Items returned without prior authorization (no RMA number)
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Warranty All products sold by Centra Supply are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand. Contact us and we will connect you with the appropriate manufacturer support channel.
