We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused and unopened
The item must be in its original packaging
All original accessories and documentation must be included
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Returns requested after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Contact Us First
Email us at support@centrasupply.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Authorization (RA)
Once approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
Ship the Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
We provide a free prepaid return label for eligible returns.
There is no restocking fee.
Once your return is received and inspected:
You will receive an email confirming receipt.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after inspection.
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Used or opened products
Gift items
Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
