Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Here is everything you need to know about cancelling an order with Centra Supply.

Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled at no charge within 24 hours of being placed, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

How to Cancel

To cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible using one of the following methods:

Please include your order number in all communications to help us locate your order quickly.

After the 24-Hour Window

If your cancellation request is received after 24 hours and the order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. In that case, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy once the item is delivered.

Cancellation Confirmation

Once your cancellation is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds for cancelled orders are returned to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

• Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. Please wait for delivery and then initiate a return per our Return and Refund Policy.
• Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once the order is confirmed with the supplier.
