Order Processing and Delivery Schedule:

Once you place an order on our website, our team will immediately begin processing it. To help you plan your purchase, please note the following schedule:

Order Handling Time:  1-2 business days (Monday to Friday)

Transit Time: 4 to 7 business days ( Monday-Friday)

Total delivery time:  5-9 business days (including processing & transit)

Order Cutoff Time:

Monday to Friday: 5 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago)

Order Confirmation:

After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and details. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. Additionally, we will notify you via email upon delivery of your order.

Shipping Carrier:

We partner with reputable carriers to ensure your package arrives safely.

  • Domestic Carriers: UPS, FedEx, USPS

  • LTL Freight Carriers: FedEx Freight, Old Dominion, XPO Logistics, Estes Express, and others

Shipping Locations:

We currently sell products in The United States. Now we do not offer worldwide shipping.

Shipping Fee:

We offer Free shipping. No minimum order value required.

Lost Packages:

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Verify the shipping address.
  2. Check all possible delivery locations at your residence.
  3. Ask neighbours or family members if they accepted the package.
  4. Contact the courier with your tracking number to initiate a claim.

If your package is officially declared lost, contact us immediately with your order number. We will either reship your order or provide a refund based on your preference.

Tracking

After dispatch, a tracking number will be sent to your email. 

Delays

We aim to meet our delivery estimates, but delays may occur due to high shipping volumes or unforeseen courier disruptions. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team.
