Shipping Policy – Centra Supply

At Centra Supply, we are committed to providing reliable, fully transparent shipping on every order. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your order.

Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders. There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST will begin processing the following business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Delivery Time

Standard transit time is 4–7 business days after the order ships. Combined with processing time, your total estimated delivery window is 5–9 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier volume, weather events, or regional delays.

How We Fulfill Orders

Centra Supply sources and ships products through a network of established U.S.-based authorized distributors and supplier warehouses. Products ship directly from those warehouses depending on inventory availability and destination. We do not ship from a single central warehouse — this allows us to fulfill a wider range of professional equipment efficiently across the country.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with established U.S. freight and parcel carriers to deliver your order. Carrier selection is based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Our carrier partners include:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS
  • FedEx Freight
  • Old Dominion Freight Line
  • XPO Logistics
  • Estes Express Lines

For large commercial equipment, freight delivery (LTL) may be used. If your order requires freight delivery, our team will contact you to coordinate delivery details.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use that tracking number directly on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery in real time.

Freight & Large Equipment Deliveries

Some commercial equipment is large enough to require freight (LTL) shipping. For freight shipments:

  • Delivery will be made to the curb or loading dock — not inside your building
  • Someone must be present to receive and sign for the delivery
  • Inspect all packaging for visible damage before signing. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt before signing
  • Contact us within 2 business days of delivery if you receive damaged freight

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package:

  1. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
  2. Check around your property, with neighbors, and with other household or building members
  3. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, contact us at support@centrasupply.com with your order number and we will work to issue a replacement or refund after verification.

Delivery Delays

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of purchase and tracking has not updated, please contact our support team and we will investigate immediately.

Sales Tax

Centra Supply collects sales tax for orders shipped to Illinois only. All orders shipped to other U.S. states are tax-free.
